Hi. I’m Sarah, founder of Power House International. I have a background in basketball, having played in both Australia and America, and over 25 years' experience in the sports and fitness industry.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I specialise in body weight and boxing for fitness. I am REP's registered and qualified in:


  • Hatton Boxing

  • Pre- and post-natal training

  • ZUU

  • Circuits & kettlebells

I know that all client's needs are unique. Everyone comes to Power House to be healthier, fitter, stronger, leaner, more powerful and part of something bigger. 

So, join Power House international, where together we use a combination of boxing, high-intensity, low-impact training (HILIT), high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuits, to achieve your goals.


Group training is a fun way to get fit with friends while making new ones! We offer support and a sense of community.

1-2-1 personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals, with bespoke training plans and a coach to guide, encourage and push you to achieve your best.

We offer 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions, either in person or virtually, for 30- or 60-minute sessions.


Like being in a gym to train? No problem. We can train in a studio in Moorgate or St John's Wood.


Prefer to train at home? If you live near St. John's Wood, Maida Vale or Baker St, we can! Sarah will come to you and we can train in the privacy of your home.


If training outside is more your thing; Paddington Recreation Ground or Remington Gardens may be perfect for you.


We also have in-home boxing packages for you to follow at your own pace.


More of a class person? We’ve got you covered with our virtual 30 or 45-minute classes. Build strength, get sweaty, have fun and make new friends in our class community.


When it comes to fitness, consistency is key! That's why POWER HOUSE packages are designed to keep your training on track. Book 4, 8 or 12 times per month to train for either a pre-agreed series or on an ongoing basis. 


For your convenience and consistency, our virtual classes are subscription based.

You will also receive individualised training programs for you to complete at home, as well as nutritional guidance to support your training.
