TRAIN AT THE GYM

Fitness has to fit into your lifestyle, so with that in mind, we've created these on-going training packages to make it affordable and easy. All sessions are sold in monthly blocks with monthly payments.

For those who want to use weights or train inside, 2 studio location are available in Mooregate and St Johns Wood. Click the locations to find your most convenient. 

 

4 x 60-minute sessions per month

This is a good start for anyone wanting to ease into their training. Education, movement and confidence building are the goals here, or if you’re an established gym user this can really kick up your training.

8 x 60-minute sessions per month

Here is where it starts to get interesting, as we progress towards strength-building, mobility and consistency with your training. When we build strength, are consistent with training and have a healthy, balanced diet, things like weight loss and increased confidence are a very happy by-product.

£450 per month

 

12 x 60-minute sessions per month.
